Sweet Tree Arts is a community arts organization in Hope Maine. 

Our Mission is to educate, enrich and connect communities through the creative arts.  

 Located at the intersection of 235 and 105 on Hope Corner, across from Hope General Store.                                            



We offer programming to all ages, preschool to high school, adult workshops, teacher enrichment through the arts, Lesley University's M.Ed in Integrated arts and more.

 You will find drawing and painting, printmaking workshops, 3D classes, Music workshops and bagpipe lessons.

 Partnerships and programs with Pinchbeck Pipes, Hope Clay, Coastal Opportunities,  Midcoast Music Together, Communities that Care STAR,  and many visiting artists.

Sweet Tree Arts also welcomes Sweetland school and arts integrated, multi-age, flexible program for students ages 5-10 years old. Full time and Home school options available. Open House Feb. 21st 10am -1pm.

Winter Hours start January 17th  join us on Fridays 1.30-3.00pm 

Drop in and make a mess on our floor not yours.

                                             Space sometimes limited, call ahead to insure your spot.  

Many creative stations open, inside and outside, activities for all ages.

$12 per family (or $8 for one child). Visit 5 times get a free visit. Adult supervision requested. 





Lesley University - Integrating the Arts M.Ed. 

Sweet Tree Arts hosts this hands on arts integrated M.Ed program at the Sweetland Center.

This low residency program meets one weekend a month for 22months.

Private and family lessons and instruction available in many mediums.

Art, Science, or Music Birthday Parties available.

2 hour party with at least three art and or science activities available.

Rental Space available at Sweet Tree Arts

PrintMaking Studio available for rent $15 an hour or $50 a day. 

Access to 18x36 Tekach press. Studio Inks and some paper included, various plates available for purchase.
